How each VLE MITRA role works

Choose your plan according to whether you want to use services yourself or build a larger user network.

Retailer — ₹99

Retailer is the starting role for individual service operators. It is suitable for VLEs, CSC Centers, Jan Seva Kendras, Cyber Cafes and Digital Service Centers.

The Retailer can use available VLE MITRA services for customer work, maintain wallet and transaction history, track applications and download completed documents where supported.

Distributor — ₹399

Distributor is designed for operators who want to build a network of Retailers instead of working only from their own account.

A Distributor can create Retailer accounts and manage users created under their network.

Commission Benefit When Retailers under the Distributor perform eligible service transactions, the Distributor can earn commission according to the configured service commission structure.

Subadmin — ₹799

Subadmin is intended for larger operators who want more control over a growing VLE MITRA network.

A Subadmin can create both Retailers and Distributors and manage the users assigned under the Subadmin network.

Two-Level Commission Subadmin can earn configured commission from eligible work transactions generated by both Retailer and Distributor-level users under the network.

A Distributor can create and manage Retailer accounts under the Distributor network and can earn configured commission on eligible work transactions performed by those Retailers.

A Subadmin can create and manage both Retailer and Distributor accounts. Subadmin can also receive configured commission from eligible transactions generated by users in both levels of the managed network.
